A compact bean-to-cup machine for a household kitchen. Whole beans go in the hopper and the conical burr grinder doses each cup as it is made, so the coffee is ground seconds before it is brewed rather than losing its aroma in an open packet. The 15-bar pump pulls espresso and lungo at the pressure crema needs, and the steam wand textures milk by hand for flat whites and cappuccinos. At 240 mm wide it fits under a standard wall cabinet, and both the 1.6-litre tank and the grounds drawer come out from the front, so it never has to be pulled off the counter to refill or empty.
